Inflation equipment for use with the following types of air cushions:
- Eco Striker
- Cargo Striker
- PPW Striker
We recommend that you always use our guns to inflate Bates Cargo-Pak airbags, so as not to damage the filling valve.
Airbag inflation times, which can be found in the airbag’s Technical Data Sheet, depend on its size and the compressed air line/compressor used.
All types of compressor can be used to inflate Bates Cargo-Pak airbags.
The choice of compressor and tank capacity should be based on the following requirements:
- The number of air bags to be filled;
- The size of the air bags;
- The empty spaces between the load;
- The filling time required.
The inflation equipment chosen, the diameter and length of the hose – all these factors influence the filling time of the airbag.
